Please join the WCW in assembling special Mother’s Day gift bags to be donated to the families of Play Smart Literacy. Play Smart Literacy is a non-profit organization serving families living in the most vulnerable areas of Chicago. Their mission is to build language and relationships through play and supporting parents as their child's first teacher. Learn more about Play Smart Literacy here. The cost of $25 per person will be used to purchase all items to be included in the gift bags as well as materials for making cards. This is a fun activity for adults and children. Children are invited to join and help create/decorate special Mother’s Day cards to be included in the bags. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
