Christine founded SoletoSoulCoaching to offer guidance to those wishing to transition to a plant-based, more active, and mindful lifestyle. She offers 1:1 mentorship, the Badass Women program, online group courses, and virtual workshops that focus on fitness, mindfulness, and easy + delicious meals and sips to make at home.
