Beach Clean Up & Picnic


BEACH CLEANUP WITH GO GREEN WILMETTE & TOES N WATER
Saturday, July 8th, 9 AM
 
Join WCW, Go Green Wilmette and toes n water for a beach clean-up at Gillson Beach. We will meet and check in at the Go Green table at the south end of the park near the diagonal beachfront parking. 

This activity is open to all WCW members, the community, and children (with an adult) are encouraged to participate.
Bring reusable gloves (not single-use plastic gloves) toes n water will be providing buckets to collect the plastic pieces that wash up during every storm (note that some of these pieces are very small and may require using your hands!). 

WCW members and their guests/families are invited to meet at Picnic area #1 for a bring your own, picnic style lunch after the clean-up. If you are not able to attend the beach clean-up, feel free to join us for the picnic! Hope to see you there!

Registration is appreciated but not required.
